Welcome to Proactive Property Solutions Ltd. We are a UK-based Housing Provider who offer a variety of housing options with a fully serviced support package, intended to meet the wide-ranging needs of our residents.

YOUNG PEOPLE IN 2020 – 2021 RECEIVED SUPPORT FOR THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:

of young people were supported into accommodation with the highest appropriate level of independence

IMPACT

As well as providing safe, stable accommodation, we provide practical and emotional support to ensure vulnerable young people can build healthy relationships, develop independent living skills and can access jobs and training, in order to flourish and thrive as an independent adult.
